To view a live video Webcast, you need the Microsoft's
Windows Media Player.
To make sure you have what you need, follow the steps below:
- Check to see that you have an updated version of the RealPlayer
or the Windows Media Player by clicking on the appropriate link
below:
Test Your Windows Media Player
If the audio and video played, you are ready to participate in
the Webcast.
- If you need to download and install a free media player, go
to the preferred site below and follow the on screen directions

and Install the Windows Media Player
Once you have downloaded and installed the player, try the test
link again.
If the audio and video played, you are ready to participate in
the Webcast.
- If you are having trouble viewing the test clips above and you
are accessingthe webcast through your organization's network,
have your network administrator help troubleshoot the problem
using the information provided by the provider of the Media Player.
