Peer-to-Peer
Support
One of our most important roles as advocates for efficient waste
management is to provide peer-to-peer coordination and support for
facility and environmental managers and purchasing professionals
interested either in starting programs up from scratch or just enhancing
and modifying existing programs.
Council members have collectively saved millions of dollars for
their companies and institutions over the last decade. Many members
have learned how to make recycling and waste reduction work through
the school of hard knocks.
Getting peer support is easy. Just fill out the form below and e-mail
it to our executive director and he will put you in touch with someone
who should be able to help you.
Complete this on-line Peer Request Form,
or e-mail us providing the
following information: name, title, company, type of facility,
contact information, and describe any specific needs or issues you
are interested in.
We're Always Looking for Smart and Knowledgeable Peers
If you are interested in becoming a peer supporter, please e-mail
dbiddle@gpcrc.com. Let us
know about your programs and if you're interested in becoming a
member of the Commercial Recycling Council.

Regulatory
Issues
Recycling has been the law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey since
the late 1980s. But well-planned and managed programs also reduce
overall costs for buildings and demonstrate responsible corporate
citizenship. The information below summarizes key regulatory issues
