PENNSYLVANIA, A RIVER SOJOURN
A sojourn is a journey. Each year, hundreds of people from around the state of Pennsylvania participate in different River Sojourns — taking to the state's 83,000 miles of rivers and streams in order to explore the region's natural beauty and get some sun, fresh air and exercise.

This website is a type of Virtual Sojourn, exploring the scenic wonders that Pennsylvania's rivers have to offer and explaining some of the opportunities you have to get out and about throughout this picturesque state.
