The most honest naturalists are kids. This week two middle-school students write and photograph their experiences on the Lehigh River. A special River Sojourn led by the Wildlands Conservancy, this event offers us the opportunity to virtually participate in the 6-day canoe trip that started on Saturday and ends this Thursday.

Both 14 year-old boys have a special interest in writing and will write journal entries every day. Tom Gettings, Director of Special Projects at Wildlands Conservancy, arranged for those entries to be posted on this website. Still more coverage is available from the Morning Call's website.
